-业务管理 Business management
1. 负责医院内IT应用系统、接口程序的运营维护管理(包括但不限于需求调研、开发、交付、运维、更新等工作)。
Manages applications, interfaces and operation of applications withinthe Hospital.
2. 负责与供应商、用户和IT团队成员的沟通与协调。
Coordinates with vendors, users, and IT staff as appropriate.
3. 识别、创建和改进应用系统流程来提高产品和服务质量,以实现业务目标。
Identifies, creates and applies process improvement to increase productand service quality to achieve business objectives.
4. 负责向客户群体、患者、家属和来访者提供优质服务,同时通过物理和电子手段保护所有数据和信息的完整性和保密性。 Responsiblefor ensuring that excellent service is provided to the client community,patients, families and visitors, while protecting the integrity andconfidentiality of all data and information through physical andelectronic measures.
5.参与预算管理,为部门预算规划提供建议。
Join in budget management with IT department head and provides input onbudget planning.
-团队管理 Team management
1. 管理应用系统团队,带领团队成员完成工作任务,实现部门的短期战略和目标。
Manages IT application team, and lead team to achieve the work goals.Contributes to IT department*s short-term strategy and goals.
2. 辅导团队成员,有效管理团队绩效。
Completes performance evaluations, and coach and mentor staff.
3. 通过清晰、简洁和有效的沟通,建立良好的工作关系并完成部门内的日常工作和项目。
Demonstrating appropriate, clear, concise, and effective written andoral communications in all interactions to build relationships andaccomplish day to day work and projects within department.
4.持续改进,寻求来自管理层和团队对职业发展的反馈,并将反馈有效地融入到工作和行为中。
Continuous Improvement, seek feedback from management and team fordevelopment and effectively incorporate feedback into work and behaviors.

任职经验资质要求 Qualification and requirement
-工作经验 Working Experience
1. 9年及以上医院或大健康行业IT相关工作经验,2年及以上管理岗位经验,至少4年应用系统需求分析、系统设计、配置和实施经验。
At least nine years of total IT related experience in hospitals and/orhealthcare industry, with at least two years* experience in a leadershiprole, and at least four years of application requirements definition,configuration, and implementation experience
2.具备一个或多个类别的医院信息系统设计、实施经验(如电子病历系统、HIS等)。
Demonstrated experience in one or more categories of healthcareapplications such as electronic medical records or departmentalinformation management systems.
3.熟悉三级医院评审体系以及电子病历评级等,了解HL7、 HIMSS EMRAM等医疗应用系统标准及接口。
Demonstrated experience with National EMR accreditation and Tier 3Hospital accreditation, as well as applications interfaces andstandards such as HL7 (health level 7) ,HIMSS EMRAM (Health InformationManagement Systems Society Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model).
-学历背景 Education
1.本科及以上学历(硕士优先)。
Bachelor degree or above, degree preferred.
2.计算机科学与技术、软件工程等理工科专业。
Computer Science and Technology, software engineering and other scienceand engineering majors.

成都万达匹兹堡大学医学中心国际医院(筹)位于天府新区秦皇寺CBD东侧,西邻天府大道,北邻武汉东路,已于2020年3月开工,2020年12月6日已完成结构化封顶。一期建筑面积14.7万平方米,床位数500余张,包括门诊楼、住院楼、医技楼、影像楼、教学楼、办公楼、职工宿舍、专家楼、配套商业和康养中心等。
医院一期临床学科33个,设置临床重点学科(卓越中心,COE)6个:肿瘤中心、骨外科研究所、心脏血管研究所、神经疾病医学中心、消化医学中心、眼视光中心,将为患者呈现高水平的国际医疗服务。
