主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities
-业务职责
1.负责应用程序升级和实施，发现并跟进解决问题。识别新功能和/或硬件要求，制定并跟进测试计划。Review and validatefunctionality of application upgrades and implementations. Report backon any problems. Identify new functionality and/or hardware requirementsas assigned. Ability to create test plans.
2.负责建立、管理系统流程，提取并记录客户/业务需求，供架构和技术团队(网络、系统和软件)使用。Completedocumentation/flow ting of system builds and maintain team*sexisting documentation independently. Responsible for validatingcurrent documentation. Extract and document customer/businessrequirements and needs for use by enterprise architecture andengineering teams (network, system, and software).
3.负责一级、二级、三级系统支持工作，包括但不限于系统维护任务（参考ITIL）。Second and Third Level Support(Including Maintenance Activities, referencing to ITIL) – Independentlytriage and resolve level 1 and level 2 support issues. Escalate level 3support issues accordingly.
4.负责撰写日常应用需求、分析报告并对报告进行修改、完善。Write, analyze, and make modifications toreports either independently for basic requests.
5.负责完成系统集成相关的工作任务，并持续完善测试计划。Complete assigned tasks related to systemintegration. Validate testing. Ability to modify existing test plans.
6.在资深团队成员的指导下，管理供应商，包括但不限于技术问题、项目计划等工作。Interact with vendors (technicalissues, project initiatives) under the direction of more experiencedteam members, as necessary.
7.协助管理团队管理各层级用户的信息系统培训工作。Support management team to manage IT training sessions.

1.始终以团队利益为优先，促进项目、任务和计划的成功完成。与其他团队紧密合作以完成个人和团队的目标。Facilitates successfulcompletion of projects, tasks, and initiatives by embracing a team-firstapproach. Works in collaboration with multiple teams and offer feedback,where appropriate, to complete individual and group efforts.

任职经验资质要求 Qualification and requirement
-工作经验 Working Experience：
1.五年以上医院或大健康行业相关应用技术系统支持经验，有HIS, EMR, LIS, PACS 等医疗信息化系统的实施、运营经验。
Typically has 5 years’ experience with modern technology andapplication support through education or practical experience inhospitals, healthcare companies or large enterprise.
2.具备智慧医院系统建设及运维经验者优先。
Experience in intelligent hospital system construction and operation ispreferred.
-学历背景 Education：
1.本科及以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above.
2.计算机科学与技术、软件工程等理工科专业。
Computer Science and Technology, software engineering and other scienceand engineering majors.
