主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities
-业务职责
1.负责管理并确保数据、信息的完整性和保密性。
Protecting the integrity and confidentiality of all data and informationthrough physical and electronic measures.
2.参与医院网络设计，并负责实施和基础设施维护。
Demonstrate working knowledge of the design, implementation and scale ofthe corporate production network.
3.参与业务需求调研，并制定技术解决方案。
Participate in developing cross functional business and technicalrequirements for the hospital.
4.配置、维护和安装各种网络设备和服务(例如:路由器，交换机，防火墙，负载均衡器，VPN, Qos, IP电话和其他)。
Configure, maintain and install various network devices and services(e.g. routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNS, Qos, IP phonesand others).
5.执行网络维护和系统升级，包括服务包、补丁、热修复和安全配置等工作。
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs,patches, hot fixes and security configurations.

Facilitates successful completion of projects, tasks, and initiatives byembracing a team-first approach. Works in collaboration with multipleteams and offer feedback, where appropriate, to complete individual andgroup efforts.
2.作为团队内部轮岗值班的一部分，能7*24小时电话待命。频率根据轮换中的同事数量而变化。
Maintain a stand-by status as part of the rotation within the team. Thisrequires 24 hours per day, 7 days per week availability during thestand-by period. The frequency varies based upon the number ofcolleagues in the rotation.

任职经验资质要求 Qualification and requirement
-工作经验 Working Experience：
1.五年及以上IP网络和大型企业网络、语音通信和电信设计经验。
Typically has 5 years of experience with IP networking and largeenterprise network, voice communications and telecommunications designthrough education or practical experience.
2.具有24x7x365网络基础架构维护的经验。Experience maintaining a 24x7x365 network infrastructure.
3.具有网络自动化编程经验。Experience in programming network automation preferred.
4.熟悉网络路由/交换相关技术和协议，包括TCP/IP、OSPF、BGP、IS-IS、MPLS、IPSEC、GRE，容错IP等，以及这些技术和协议的用途。Intermediatelevel competency in IP routing / switching technologies and protocolsincluding TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, MPLS, IPSEC, GRE, fault tolerant IPand best practices.
5.熟悉IPv6部署方法，以及IPv6与IPv4的区别。Conversant in IPv6 deployment methodologies,and IPv6 differences from IPv4.
6.熟悉网络服务质量以及相关排队算法理论。Intermediate level knowledge of QoS and queueing theory.
7.了解运营商的服务和语音产品。Demonstrates working knowledge of carrier-based servicesand voice products.
8.熟悉SDN网络者优先。Exposure to SDN preferred.
-学历背景Education：
1.本科及以上学历。Bachelor degree or above.
2.计算机科学与技术、软件工程等理工科专业。Computer Science and Technology, softwareengineering and other science and engineering majors.
-资质证件 License：
1.具有思科CCNA证书优先。Cisco CCNA preferred.
2.具有阿尔卡特朗讯NRS II证书优先。Alcatel Lucent NRS II preferred
