1.大专及以上学历;
2.病案管理专业、医学信息管理专业、医疗统计、流行病与卫生统计学、卫生信息管理等医疗相关专业；
3.两年以上病案编码工作经验；
4具有ICD编码证书或病案信息技术证书。
负责全院住院病案的回收、整理、检查、装订、登记、编码、归档和保管工作。
负责病历资料和医疗信息的医疗统计、统计分析和信息提供，并做好保密工作。
负责检查、指导有关医务人员进行规范化的病历书写，发现病历缺陷的内容，及时通知有关人员修改和补充。
负责检索病案首页的数据资料，为医院的管理、医疗、科研以及保险公司、公安机关、上级医疗部门等提供相关的病案资料
