I. Job Objectives (Describe the main responsibilities of the position)
Carry out academic exchange business, including supporting thepublication of academic articles and medical promotion of the sponsor.
Support the academic publication and promotion of hospitals andresearchers under Gaobo group.
II. Job responsibilities
Main responsibilities
1. Provide scientific support for clinical research, includingliterature research, research design, scheme writing, result analysisand interpretation, academic article writing, and publication indomestic and foreign academic conferences and Chinese and Englishacademic journals.
2. Investigate and track the current situation of scientific research,clinical and drug development in relevant fields, and provide scientificand information support for drug clinical research.
3. Communicate with experts in the field, maintain close cooperation,and coordinate external expert resources to support clinical research.
4. Provide relevant knowledge training and scientific support torelevant departments and personnel.

III. Key Requirements
1) Professional skills
• Medical related professional background.
• Good English reading, writing and translation skills, be able to readprofessional literature and consult materials, and be proficient inusing tools and software.
• Enthusiastic about scientific communication, excellent written andoral communication skills.
• Good logic ability, understand complex data and generate scientific documents.
• Experience of publishing in international academic journals as firstauthor or corresponding author.
• Promotion experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
2) Degree
• Medical related professional background: degree or above inclinical medicine, clinical pharmacology, cell biology, immunology,microbiology, oncology or hematology, medical doctor is preferred.
3) Language
• Chinese/English(fluent)
4) Business trip (proportion of time)
• 10%
