工作内容：

• Establish unity within the OBGYN Clinics and Department, bridging cultural divides where applicable or required;
• Model leadership and teamwork within the Department;
• Develop pathways and clinical guidelines in a collaborative manner, and ensure application and integration of them within the facility;
• In line with the Chief Medical Officer and General Manager develop an OBGYN and IVF Program vision within the facility;
• Support talent acquisition, recruiting and training of OBGYN physicians, and lead performance review and improvement as needed, including the setting of goals across the department for both individual and group targets;
• Develop the OBGYN Departmental Budgets in line with existing processes, and develop OBGYN Departmental scheduling processes;
• Actively be involved in patient complaints, and review each peer review in an adjudication role;
• Meet regularly with the Chief Medical Officer on OBGYN issues;
• Work closely with facility Regulatory Officers to ensure practice patterns meet and conform to regulatory requirements within China and Beijing Municipality;
• Work closely with facility Regulatory Officers ensuring that appropriate employees are kept informed of developments within the regulatory environment, including planned and existing regulations;
• Develop a strong Assistant Department Chair, who is aligned with the strategic thinking, planning and processes for the OBGYN Department.
• Develop and maintain regular contact with local hospital OB Chairs;
• Develop synergies between OB and Neonatology for quality improvement.

• 根据现有流程制定妇产科预算，并制定妇产科的工作计划；
• 积极参与解决患者的投诉，评估同行审阅意见并作出裁决
• 定期与医疗总监会面讨论妇产科问题
• 与医院合规人员紧密合作，以确保相关操作符合中国和深圳市的监管要求；
• 与医院合规人员紧密合作，确保员工随时了解监管环境的变化，包括计划中的法规和现有法规；
• 培养强有力的科室副主任，需要其对科室的战略定位，发展计划和流程理解一致
• 与当地医院的产科主任建立并保持定期联系；
• 协同妇产科和新生儿科之间发展，提高服务质量

任职资格：

Qualifications:
• Board Certified (or equivalent) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• In possession of a Chinese Medical License
• 获得妇产科医师资格
• 拥有中国行医执照

Knowledge and Skills:
• Doctor of Medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine
• Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at a hospital and program acceptable to the Chief Medical Officer
• Previous leadership positions held in similar sized (or larger) environment
• Fluency in English essential; Chinese fluency preferred
• 受认可医学院的医学博士学位（或同等学历）
• 接受过妇产科规范化培训，培训经历受医疗总监认可
• 在类似规模（或更大型）的机构中担任过管理岗位
• 英文流利，中文流利者优先

Education and Experience:
• Must be a full member of the Medical Staff as defined in the Medical Staff By-Laws;
• Previous experience and working knowledge of management techniques with proven successful service within a medical staff structure;
