岗位职责：
1.独立开展干细胞项目的研发，进行文献调研，设计研究方案，跟进实验进度，原始实验数据记录整理，撰写研究报告，汇报实验进展；
2.组织开展皮肤修复与再造、干细胞和生物材料、皮肤组织库与细胞库及干细胞临床转化研究等工作;
3.负责拓展与国内干细胞临床研究备案机构的合作关系及临床研究专家资源的建设及维护。
任职要求：
1.细胞生物学、分子生物学等专业博士学历;
2.对生物科技基础研究应用领域充满热情并致力于在该领域长期发展；
3.在本领域发表过高水平研究论文，或取得同行专家认可的高水平成果优先；
4.工作严谨踏实，责任心强，具有突出的科研创新能力与团队合作精神
5.具有开阔的视野、敏锐的科研洞察力和开拓创新能力。

Responsibilities：
1. Independently conduct the research and development of stem cellprojects, combing literature research, design research protocols, followup on experimental progress, record original experimental data, writeresearch reports, and report on experimental progress;
2.Carry out the research on skin repair and reconstruction, stem cellsand biomaterials, skin tissue bank and cell bank, and stem cell clinical translation;
3.Responsible for expanding the partnership with stem cell clinicalinstitutions in China, and building and maintaining the clinicalresearch expert resources.
Requirements：
1.PhD degree in cell biology, molecular biology, etc;
2. Passionate about basic biotechnology research and committed tolong-term development in this field;
3. Have published high level research papers of this field, or achievedhigh level results recognized by peer experts is preferred;
4. Work rigorously and pragmatically, with a strong sense ofresponsibility, outstanding scientific innovation ability and teamwork spirit;
5. Have a broad vision, keen scientific insight and innovation ability.
