岗位职责 Job Description

· 协调所有利益相关者，如业务用户，IT支持和运营人员，项目实施团队，IT服务供应商

Liaise among all the stakeholders, such as business users, IT support & operation staff, implementation team, IT solution & service providers

● 捕获、分析和记录业务流程和IT流程
Capture, analysis and document business processes and IT processes

● 与所有利益相关者和负责人沟通，并收集、管理、分析需求(包括变更请求)
Communicate with stakeholders to gather, manage, analysis requirements (including request for changes)

● 与项目实施团队及其相应人员共同合作设计解决方案
Work with implementation team and relevant parties to design solutions

· 监控、跟踪、记录和汇报项目进度
Monitor, track, document and report project progress

● 通过安排相关任务和与利益相关者的沟通，促进解决方案的实施和部署。如解决方案演示、用户需求收集和审查、解决方案审查、用户验收测试、培训等

Facilitate the implementation and deployment of solution by arranging tasks and engaging stakeholders, such as solution demonstration, user requirement collection and review, solution review, user acceptance test, training, etc

● 协助信息化预算管理和预测
Assist in IT budget management and forecasting

任职资格Requirements

● 信息技术、计算机科学或相关专业本科以上学历。
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

● 3-8年医院信息系统及相关配套系统工作经验，有地方私立医院工作经验者优先。
3-8 years of experience with hospital information systems and related supporting systems, working experience in local private hospitals preferred.

● 1-2年商业智能系统（BI）高级用户经验优先
1-2 years of as advanced users of Business Intelligence Systems preferred

专业技能及经验Professional Skills & Experience

● 有中国医疗保健行业和监管方面的经验或知识
Experience or knowledge of China healthcare industry and regulatory

● 熟悉SDLC(软件生命周期)、项目治理框架、项目管理方法和系统实施流程
Good knowledge of SDLC, project governance frameworks, project management methodologies, and system implementation processes

● 具备IT业务分析师和/或IT项目经理的经验，并有成功项目交付的记录
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst and/or IT Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery

● 具有管理及协调外部IT服务供应商的经验
Proven experience in managing external IT solutions and services providers

● 能熟练使用Excel 
Advanced proficiency in Excel  

● 具备基本数据库知识
Basic understanding of Database knowledge.

● 良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力，能够进行中英文翻译

Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English, able to help translating between Chinese and English speakers.
