Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Functions:
Initial Phase
1. Collection of information about potential clients, competition, and regulations;
2. Develop and ute a client acquisition plan in accordance with the national manager's GTM market strategy;
3. Understand current customer complaints and needs, and develop solutions with the national manager.
Subsequent Phase
4. Continuous collection of market information from the blood glucose industry to assist the national manager and agents in developing marketing plans;
5. Collaborate with agents to carry out marketing activities across various channels as per the marketing plan;
6. Continue to develop secondary agents through new products, new channels, and new regions;
7. Visit local diabetes associations, medical institutions, etc., to understand and information on national policies for diabetes patients.
Skill Requirements:
1. Language requirements: Basic knowledge of English for communication;
2. Sales experience: Sales work in medical/consumable industry at least 5 years.
3. Educational level: Pharmaceutical-related background major prefer
KPI Evaluation:
Probation Period (3 months)
1. Complete the introduction to the company, products, and market training (in the first month of employment);
2. Fulfill daily, monthly, and market information reports as required;
3. Reports of at least 10 potential clients.
4. Effectiveness Criteria: Successfully develop at least one agent.
Second Phase (according to the actual situation and as determined by the national manager)
5. At least once a month, develop and visit clients outside the province, visiting at least 5 clients each time;
6. ute the marketing plan;
7. Develop B partners or B channels: chain hospitals and chain pharmacies;
8. Promptly understand and resolve customer complaints and after-sales issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and establish stable customer relationships (the national manager conducts a quarterly sales satisfaction survey with the principal distributors).
Salary Package
Base salary: 1000-1500 USD/per month
